One AI-drafted visit note that a therapist reviews. Allowances reset monthly: 150 on Essentials, 400 on Professional and 1,000 on Enterprise. Add a 100-note top-up or go unlimited per therapist.
Telehealth is included on Professional and Enterprise, and available as an add-on for Essentials.

Every clinic is fully managed and backed up every second, with restore to any second in the last 35 days. Professional and Enterprise include two-region failover: the clinic and its files are copied live to a second AWS region and switched over automatically or with your approval. It covers the plan's storage (1 TB on Professional, 5 TB on Enterprise); each extra TB you store is $20 a month more while failover is on, with a 3-month minimum. Custom plans include it by contract.
Each EMR connector is its own monthly subscription, separate from your plan, charged to the same card. Your clinic owner adds it in the clinic app, and it's ready to connect as soon as the payment goes through. Remove it any time; it keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for.
